Latin America must
not continue the footpath of the conflict that looks for the USA
Opposite to the recent incursion of the Colombian army in Ecuador, it would be a serious error and he would suppose an enormous regression, which the region allowed itself to involve again in conflicts armed between countries.
It is necessary to understand this military intervention as an outlying fact but it enters inside the strategy of destabilization of the area on the part of the North American government of Bush, of the multinationals, of all those to whom they are interested in a divided, Latin America fragmented and weak in which to be able to negotiate with corrupt governments and to continue with his plans to harvest resources, to impose his unilateral laws of the game and to stop the democratic advance in this region.
After the "success" in Iraq and Afghanistan where the armament companies, safety, the paramilitary and the petroleum ones have obtained the highest benefits of his history, now Bush wants to finish his order activating new conflicts in Latin America that support assets " his business ".
If the countries of Latin America continue for the way of the peace, the cooperation, the pacific resolution of conflicts, the energy and economic integration, the elimination of borders also for the persons, etc. the region will advance rapidly in the way of the integration what would suppose turning into an area strongly and increasing weight so much America as into the world.
Therefore, it is a very delicate moment in which the forces of the "non-violence" have to unite and lift his voice as the only real exit for the region.
It is the revolutionary proposal of Evo Morales, which a few days ago was fulfilling his first anniversary, to include in the new Constitution the rejection of the war as form of solution of the conflicts, which can open a new future in the area. This decision should be continued by all the countries of the region.
This would help to the advance of the Latin-American integration sustained in processes as which there lead Evo Morales, Hugo Chávez, Rafael Correa and Daniel Ortega. In this sense we believe that it is necessary that the FARC retires his I raise of armed rebellion, the kidnapped ones liberate all and begin a way of pacification and support to the process of Latin-American integration.
A dynamics of war would make to derive the scarce resources to reinforce the military budgets and of armament. It is a powerful invitation to the Non-violence, to the mental lucidity, and to a deep trasformación. She adhered and took part in last October 2 in the activities of the celebration of the day of not violence. In 2005 he has sung for the concert organized for the emergency of Tsunami of the Humanist Movement.

Podporozhya, Russia. Forum of Young people of Podporozhya
The Forum was organized for " World without wars " of Russia in Podporozhya, Sankt Petersburg, Russia. At the Forum that I last 2 days 250 persons were present. Mostly young people between 14 and 22 years, of schools and the University of Podporozhya. Also there assisted members of the humanist movement of Sankt Petersburg and of Spain. They assisted TV and local press.
The act was opened by the words of Mayor Nikolay Brusov and educational representatives of the city. Next Rafael de la Rubia, for international MSG, reported on the Humanist Movement, Silo and on the development of the campaigns of MSG in different countries. Also they assisted different affiliations (the Red Cross and Committee for Young people, of the culture and of the sport and representatives of the university of Sankt Petersburg. The Director of the University of Podporozhya Valentina Limarova closed the part of greetings and welcome. Next musical performances were realized on the part of the students.
Antonina Nikitichna of the humanist movement gave the framing of the social projects as not violent response to the situation of crisis that is lived. The students presented 15 projects of action in the way at which they had been employed from 3 months earlier. The projects touched very current topics, like a new sensibility in the educational field, the development of sports, alternative activities against the drugs, ecology, help at the third age, etc. there did a delivery of awards that consisted especially of didactic and educational material. Chile. The fourth Meeting Chilean Bridge Bolivians of Young people for the Sea In Iquique, during the 24th, January
25 and 26 there was realized the Fourth Meeting of the Chilean
Bolivian Bridge of Young people by the Sea. East, inspired by not violence and
not discrimination, props of the ethical perspective of the New Humanism,
was provided with the participation of young people of the cities of Santiago,
Iquique, Cochabamba, The High place and La Paz, in a frame of dialogue and

Spain. Social forum Català MSG has been one of the
affiliations taking part in the Social Forum Català celebrated in

Latin America Joined without Wars and Without Violence In the 23rd, November
24, 25, 2007, we met in La Paz, Bolivia, persons and
humanist organizations along with representatives of governments, parliamentarians,
political parties and diverse social Latin-American movements. We value the
joint work and the contribution of all of them for the development of this
Forum. Before to his opening, we were
received in the sacred ground of Tiwanaku, place where we celebrate an
ancestral ceremony in honor to the Pachamama and the Father the Sun. Then
we celebrate jointly the Office, ceremony of the Message of Silo. The
local authorities distinguished the present humanists and his
spokesmen as illustrious visits in this place. The Forum was inaugurated by the
President of the Republic of Bolivia, Evo Morales Ayma and
host was transmitted in direct by the national television of the country. The work articulated about
18 tables that treated the following topics, The Art and the Integration;
Women and Integration of the Peoples; Student
Latin-American Movement; Conflicts, Disarmament and World without Wars;
Original Peoples; Immigrants and Latin-American Integration;
Strategic Energies; Human rights, Disability and Development; Generation of
Not violent Ambiences; Health; Education; City Humanizes;
Alternative Economies; Mass media; Spirituality and Piety;
Sexual Orientation and Identity of Genre. The conclusions of this
work will be included in an attached document. Also, three panels were realized
on: " Not violent resolution of historical conflicts between nations ”;
“ Only there will be progress if it belongs to all and for all ”; “ Visions for a
close Latin America, without wars and without violence ”. Also there was proceeded to
the presentation of the book The end of the Prehistoric times, which author is the
Spokesman of the Humanism for Latin America, Tomás Hirsch. In parallel form, there were realized the
Meeting of New Generations and meetings of the Center of the Cultures,
The Community for the Human Development and the Humanist Parties of the
region. The Forum showed explicitly his
support to the village and to the Bolivian government for the important processes of
transformation that are going forward, to reach a major
democracy and social justice in this country. On having finished the Forum,
we receive with happiness the news of the approval of a new
Constitution on the part of the Constituent Assembly, which could avoid
all the difficulties found during this process.
Declaration of La Paz The Bolivian process is an example
for the whole continent and for the world. The Humanism Universalista
recognizes a genuine coincidence with the beginning of not
discrimination and not violence that cheer the government of Bolivia up, at
the time of taking forward his revolutionary project. Bolivia is
showing a way of liberation and humanization for our peoples.
The Humanist Latin-American Forum promises to keep on spreading
this valuable attempt in the entire world. We make ours the proposal of the
president Evo Morales to include the resignation to the war as
constitutional article in all the countries of the region. This gesture
joined his attempt for recovering the dignity of the Bolivian people across
a methodology of not violent action, they make it deserving of the
Nobel Prize of the Peace. In Latin America there are arising
political - social projects that prioritize the well-being of his peoples
over the dictatorship of the macroeconomic requirements. In
this sense, the recovery of the natural and energy resources and of
the basic services of the water, light and communications goes exactly in
this direction. The retirement of the CIADI on the part of the government of Bolivia is

environmental question, the Forum thinks that it is necessary to construct a
regional legislation that brakes the action depredadora of the

Madrid, Spain. Not to the Yankee bases in
the Czech Republic: act of protest before the embassy in Madrid
The evening of November
16 it appeared in the embassy of the Czech Republic of Madrid to a
humanist delegation headed by Rafael de la Rubia, with world
members without Wars (MSG) and of the PH. They were got by the
adviser of the embassy Mr. Svatopluk Cumba, to whom Rafael
de la Rubia, international coordinator of MSG, expressed the firmest rejection of
his organization that it coordinates to the possible installation of an
American base in European soil and showed the support of MSG to the

Madrid, Spain. CONCLUSIONS AND RESOLUTIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM FOR THE
NUCLEAR WORLD DISARMAMENT
REALIZED ON THE 2ND, NOVEMBER
3 AND 4, 2007 IN MADRID The conclusions and resolutions of
this Forum arose from the conferences and desks. 1. The world situation
on the topic of nuclear weapon and the armed conflicts is very serious,
and there are accumulated evidences of which we have entered the nuclear war. If
this one goes forward, we are in the most serious dynamics of
unpredictable consequences. We will have an Iraq to world scale. 2. The need that the
voice of the non-violence, pacifism, the progressive forces and all the
good people of the society aúnen efforts and they give sign, denounce, the
dangerous direction that the events take. It is necessary to produce a
detour in the direction of self-destruction that takes this civilization.
3. From this
academic ambience and along with social organizations, from the civil society
we summon to all the classes of the power, be already political,
economic, juridical and especially of the mass media so
that they reflect on the situation. A world of atomic wars will be a
chaos for all included the powerful ones. 4. Revistar the function of
the armies who cannot already support this direction to the service of

International forum for the Nuclear World Disarmament On the 2nd, November
3 and 4 the International Forum is celebrated in Madrid by the
Nuclear World Disarmament, organized for “ World without Wars ”, the “
National University of Education at Distance ” and the “ Humanist Forum of Education ”. The interest of this Forum
is to attract attention from the universities and centers of investigation
about the danger that represent the nuclear weapon for the
civil society and of his consequences both in the politics, and in the economy and

Santiago, Chile. MSG protests before the embassy
of Great Britain in Chile
The
International Association " World without Wars " delivered on Wednesday, the 31st of October a
letter in the embassy of Great Britain in Chile, in which he protests for the
claim of this country on a million square kilometers of the
Antarctic one. In the letter delivered
to the British ambassador Howard Drake Obe, " World without Wars " expresses his
repudiation for the " belligerent, expansionist action and speculator of this
country against Latin America ". He adds that the announced
claim of the United Kingdom before the United Nations affects areas of the
frozen continent " historically claimed by Chile and Argentina ".
"We urge not

This act was organized by the students of the second course of the university LGU of Pushkin. El Salvador - Construction of the Symbol of the Peace – San Salvador
Representatives of all the Central American countries (Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Mexico and Costa Rica) assembled in the Square of the Constitution of San Salvador to realize a symbol for the peace with burning sails. In these Days there took part 14 Universities and other 54 Institutions and Organizations of 21 countries of Europe, Africa and America and 28 different cities, being constituted in 46 thematic tables that developed his work in Madrid (11 of them) and in the rest of the world. We calculate that approximately 3000 persons took part in these days of one or another form, in all the countries where they were celebrated.

Spain - Days on the Non-violence – House of the Culture of Burgos Day on the problems of Iraq and the people Kurdo. He organized
MSG and Green Peace transferred the graphic material necessary for the Day. At the end of the Day there was programmed a silent march in which 30 persons covered the city in line of to one. From Mexico to Bolivia: A trip for the peace ", for Emilia Curiel and Luis Markina. Emilia and Luis set off in bicycle from Burgos to know others Burgos lost by America. They crossed forests, deserts and snow-capped mountains for nine months, in which they covered 13.000 km to spread peace and a world without wars.
